Another great feature with Voice Over Cloud is SMS.

Here you can send SMS messages to your customers and group the conversation as would with your mobile device. There are 2 ways to SMS with us. All outbound SMS is charged at 0.10c per SMS there is no inbound rate on SMS.

  1. Send only - Send only is available for everyone even if you do not have a mobile number you can still send a no-reply SMS to your customers displaying any custom display name. (your business name)

  2. Send and receive - This requires you to have a mobile number applied to your account, mobile numbers can be added for a charge of $10.00 per month per number, you can also use this mobile to number make and receive calls.

SMS can also be sent and received through your mobile app (only if you have a mobile number on your account). Simply click on the sprocket and add the extension/user you wish to allocate the number to

Here you will also be able to enter in an email address to receive SMS notifications.
