Do Not Disturb (DND) on Mobile App
What is Do Not Disturb (DND)? How does the feature work?
In a nutshell, the “Do Not Disturb” mode sends business calls directly to voicemail. Top providers can set up sophisticated virtual IP phone systems that forward the calls to other specified destinations according to a set of rules.
A similar mode, specific for mobile phones, is “Airplane Mode,” which, besides deactivating incoming calls, turns off all other notifications.
I. QUICK ACTIVATION OF DND:
Step 1: In the Mobile App click the VOCPHONE logo on the upper left side of the dialer:
Step 2: Account Detail notification will appear.
Step 3: Activate DND by turning on the Immediate Do Not Disturb:
Step 4: DND is activated once you see the DND logo on your dialer:
II. SCHEDULED DND
Step 1: Go to settings by Clicking the ICON on the upper right side of the Mobile App Dialer

IOS Phones
Step 2: Click “Settings”
Step 3: Click “Preferences”
Step 4: Under Preferences scroll down until you reach Do not Disturb
Step 5: Click the Do Not Disturb settings
Step 6: You may now schedule your DND by clicking the “+” sign located in the lower right portion of the screen.
