How To Enable Troubleshooting LOG on VOCPhone Mobile

Enabling the log

  1. Click on the settings icon in the top right

     

  2. click on Preferences

     

  3. Enable “Log SIP Traffic”

  4. Woohoo, now troubleshooting log in enabled.

Sending your log to support

  1. Go Into Settings as above

  2. Click SIP Log

  3. Click Share

  4. Click Other

  5. An email screen will now pop up, and in there, please send to support@unidenvoice.com and in the subject please reference your extension number and company.
