Enabling the log
Click on the settings icon in the top right
click on Preferences
Enable “Log SIP Traffic”
Woohoo, now troubleshooting log in enabled.
Sending your log to support
Go Into Settings as above
Click SIP Log
Click Share
Click Other
An email screen will now pop up, and in there, please send to support@unidenvoice.com and in the subject please reference your extension number and company.
