Please note that on a diverted call, we are required to display your account’s default the number the person dialled as the caller id. You will not be able to identify the person calling by their caller id, you will have to obtain the caller’s number from them, alternatively you can find the caller’s number ( if they weren’t calling from a Private number ) in the portal, under the call reporting section.
