Manually Assigning the VOCPhone Call Center into your salesforce user. (Optional)
The VOCPhone Call Center was installed via App Package. Before you can use it, you have to assign a call center into your salesforce user.
Login to your Salesforce account. Go to Setup(with color blue gear icon) as shown in the image below.

Type “Users” in the Quick Find box in the left Pane. Navigate into it.

Choose the user you want to integrate with and click Edit button beside it.

Scroll down and find the Call Center input and click the magnifying glass button to select a call center.

Select VOCPhone Call Center by clicking it.

Click the App Launcher Icon, type and select VOCPhone Apps

A tab named “VOCPhone“ should appear at the bottom of the page. Notice the phone icon beside the phone numbers in your contacts has slash in it, that means the click to dial is disabled. To enabled it click the VOCPhone tab at it should open the calling app.

Finally the slash in the phone icons beside the phone numbers has disappeared, it means that the click to dial has been enabled. Try to click it.
