With this integration, you will now be able to make phone calls using VOCPhone in Salesforce CRM and Import your Salesforce contacts in the Vocphone portal.
Prerequisite/Requirement
Integrated Salesforce in VOCPhone Marketplace.
You have to install the Package App from Salesforce “VOCPhone Apps“ in your salesforce account.
You have to set the user(extension) that your Salesforce account will use to make phone calls.
Setup
Input your salesforce domain
After clicking the Proceed button, you need to input your salesforce domain. Every salesforce account has their domain.
Copy and paste your domain into the input box and click Install button.
After the domain verification you will have to login to your salesforce account and click Allow to proceed to the integration.
You should see a success message and Click the Install Salesforce VOCPhone Apps button.
You can also install the app later by clicking the gear button inside the salesforce box then click Install App Package.
Installing the Salesforce App
When you got to the App package link, you will be brought in this page. Install it for All users or depending on your choice you can restrict it for admins or specific profiles. then click Install at the bottom of the page.
When prompted. Check the tick box and Continue.
Wait for the installation to complete.
