To Access the QR Code for your Android or iOS mobile App.

  1. Login to the Customer Portal

  2. Click Extensions & Users

  3. Click on the User

  4. Under “Manage devices” select Mobile Phone

  5. From here you can scan the QR Code or click “Send“ to email yourself or someone else the QRCode.

Please note: The QR Code should be kept secure and only given to the user who has access to that extension, each user will have a unique code.
