How to setup Mobile App

To Access the QR Code for your Android or iOS mobile App.

1. Download Mobile APP. To download the our mobile application, please select one of the following:

Android Download: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vocphone.voc.android
Apple iOS Download https://apps.apple.com/us/app/vocphone-au/id1459636543

2. Open VOCPhone app after download has completed. Two options will appear, sign in with username and password or scan QR code.
   Click SCAN QR Code.
   to obtain QR code follow below steps;

   1. Login to the Customer Portal

   2. Click Extensions & Users

   3. Click on the User/Extension you wish to setup. e.g Extension 1

   4. Under “Manage devices” select Mobile Phone

   5. QR code will appear, Scan with our app and your extension will setup itself ready to be used.
      
      

If you would like to send instructions to other users for different exentions please click on “Send“ to email yourself or someone else the QRCode.
Please note: The QR Code should be kept secure and only given to the user who has access to that extension, each user will have a unique code.
