How to make a Confrence Call

Open VOCPhone App via your mobile device.
1 - When making or receiving a call via the app, the following screen will appear with more options.
2 - To conference in a call via our mobile app
IF you have made a call to a number and wish to conference a third party into your dailed call. Click on Add Call - this will place Number 1 on Hold and allow you to dail the next number. GOTO step 3
IF you have received a call press whilst on another call and wish to conference a third part into your your current call Press Join, This will merge the calls together.
3 - Dail the number you wish to transfer the call to “Number 2”
4 - Once the call has connected, Press Join, This will merge the calls together.
