Setting up your Internet
FOLLOW STEPS TO GET CONNECTED:
Step 1: Locate your ONT box. This is the box where your router should be connected, it is normally found close to your wardrobe.
The ONT box could be black or white.
For the Black ONT Box
please make sure that the cable is connected to Port 1, while the other end of the cable is connected to the WAN port of your modem router.

For the White ONT Box
There is only one Ethernet port below the white ONT box; Please ensure that the cable is connected firmly

Step 2: Connect the cable from the ONT Box to your router. Connect the cable to your WAN/LAN Port.

Step 3: Once you have connected all cables correctly, you will need to access the router Admin Portal page to register your modem with the username and password provided.
You can connect your laptop or PC to your modem router via wireless or Ethernet cable (take note that you still don't have internet access, it will normally say "no internet access").
Check the back or bottom part of the router for the Wi-Fi username and password for a wireless connection.
Once your device is connected via Wi-fi or Ethernet cable you may now access the modem admin page by using the IP address of the router to access its settings.

The most common router IP address may be the following http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.88.1 (NEW Routers ie HX510)
Note: Some modems have applications that you can install using your mobile phone. You may follow instructions from your mobile modem application instructions.
