How to set your Busy lamp field (BLF) side keys

The Busy lamp field allows you

  1. Go to Extension and users page Click on Manage BLF

Click “+Add” you can a Call group/ Extension/ External Number

Select desired extension, click “Save Configuration”
Please note that once saved, phone will reboot completely. after it has rebooted the update will take around another 30-60seconds for the changes to appear on the phone itself.
