How to access your voicemail

  1. To access your voice mailbox press Envelope icon or Menu > Message
    Voice Message, number of messages will be indicated if provided by your server or PBX

  2. or dail 101 to access voicemail from mobile app or pc app.

Another way to access voicemail is via Extension & Users page, find the desired extension and click on voicemail column

Option to play via the portal or download the voice mail.
