How to Transfer call
Transfer call
When transferring a call on our app, Icon below will appear. once you have connected the call you are able to transfer to another extension or number.
Window will appear as below with extensions that you are able to transfer too as well as allowing you to type in a number to transfer the call too.
Warm Transfer
You are able to warm transfer both from Answering a call or dialing a call then completing the warm transfer. to be able to manage multiple calls please see PC App Setup
Dail/Answer Call - to place call on hold press the pause button.
2. Dail the number or extension you wish to warm transfer the call to, press “Call”
3. Once call has connected, to complete the warm transfer click on “Transfer” > “Attended Transfer” and select the other number that appears in the list. This will then merge both calls together and end your call.
