Enable call recording storage in your Google Drive cloud. This allows you to have long term offsite storage of your call recordings, all accessible through your portal. An existing 100 Hour call recording subscription required.

 

How To Integrate

  1. Go to Marketplace and find Google Drive Recordings.

  2. Integrate It by clicking Integrate Button or a button with image-20240517-022532.png puzzle pieace icon.

  3. You will be shown a detailed breakdown of your charges. If you're okay with the charges, you can click 'Proceed' to continue.

  1. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to log in to the account you will use for storing call recordings. Once you log in successfully, you will see a success message. If there is an issue, an error message will be displayed.

By default, call recordings will be store in Vocphone Files folder.
