Multi Account Access
This document explains and show how to use the multi-account user access feature.
Users with multi-account access will be able to access multiple accounts using one user. Primary indicator if a user has multi-account access is that, their top navigation bar will look like this.
As observed in the image above, the usual place where the account name and account number is location in the PORTAL has changed. Two icons has been added, one on the left and one on the right. This change in the navbar is the primary indication the the current user logged in has access to the multi-account feature.
Clicking the navigation item above will show the dialog below, inside the dialog user can choose which account it wants to access.
After the user has selected the account it wants to access, all the user needs to do is click the “Change Account” button, and it will be presented by an alert like the one you see below.
To verify if the multi-account user feature worked, please check the top navigation bar and see if the account name and number was updated.
In our case the account change was successful, as you see the account name and number was updated. Do note that in this demonstration both accounts have the same name, but different account number.
