Canceling my internet service
We hate to see you go but if you no longer need our service, please email us at support@vocphone.com before your next bill is due to cancel your service with the information below:

We do not hold accounts while on holiday. As VOCphone is a month-to-month service you have the choice of canceling at any time. As long as it is before your monthly bill. However, if you do cancel and you want to use VoC Phone when you return you will incur a re-activation fee of $45. So in some instances, it is better to keep your internet on while you are away. But of course, it is up to you.
