Changing my Internet Plan

Is service not fast enough or just don’t need the speed? Have visitors stayed so there are more people with devices and need a bump up your speed? Or simply need to save.

This is where VOCPhone is different from the rest. We are a prepaid service, with no contracts, and no commitments and you can change your plan anytime you want. Just email us at support@vocphone.com before your next bill is due and we will upgrade or downgrade your plan to whichever you prefer. We just need the following details:

1. Account Holder’s Name

2. Account number (Optional)

3. The plan you want to move to (Visit http://www.vocphone.com/fiber for the available plans and prices.)

Note: Changes in the speed and price shall kick in the next billing cycle. Fee applies for downgrading while upgrading is for free.
