Diverting your number to our system

Please be advised we may not have all carriers divert instructions but some may work for others. if you do require further help its best to contact your current provider to help with diverting your number to your new phone number/temporary number.

 

How do I activate call diversion on Telstra?
Lift your phone's handset(current provider) and wait for the dial tone.

  1. Dial *21.

  2. Key in the NEW number you want your calls forwarded to.

  3. Press # and hang up.

  4. Test call to ensure your number is now diverted to the new system.

 

How do I activate call diversion on Optus?

  1. Lift the receiver and listen for the dial tone.

  2. Dial *78.

  3. Dial the telephone number that calls are to be diverted to

  4. Listen for the confirmation tone (two short beeps) and hang up

  5. Test call to ensure divert has been completed.

 

How do I activate call diversion on TPG?
1. Access http://tpg.com.au and go to 'My Account'.

  1. Log-in your details.

 3. Go to 'View TPG Home Phone Service Account'.

  1. Click on 'Home Phone Service Control Panel'.

  2. Once you accessed 'Home Phone Service Control Panel' scroll down.
