Statement of charges pages will show all charges made to your account. this will include all calls that have been made or attempted, as well as those additional chargers which have been added on such as extra call packs/ phone numbers/ SMS and your monthly chargers.
Summary of charges gives you a breakdown of the date range which has been selected.
When Detail of charges has been ticked, this will break down your statement further into detail.
To download your statement and chargers, Click on “Tools” and select any option that you wish to export the statement of chargers too.
For BSB payments
Please note that bank payments usually takes 3-4 banking days.
When viewing your statemenet of chargers, you will see the following
“Auto Top Up $79.90 ( ...84) (Clearing)”
The status of the charge will change from "Clearing" into "Cleared" after it was processed successfully. If you have any concerns regarding this payment after the 3-4 banking days, please provide our accounts team with a screenshot of payment form your Bank Institiute and email to our Support team.
