Welcome to the New Way of VOIP Business Phone Systems

We’re excited to have you onboard! Your new VOIP business phone system is ready to go, and we've pre-configured your account to ensure a seamless transition.

Basic Setup (Default Configuration)

This option provides a quick and simple setup for businesses that don’t require complex customizations. It includes:

  • Phone Number: An auto-generated number is provided.

  • Time Conditions: Default business hours (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday).

  • Call Flow: Basic routing, with an option for "Ring All" if the first call recipient is unavailable.

  • Announcements: Generic greeting and voicemail announcements.

  • Extension Setup: Pre-configured extensions for each user, with 3 device options per user (EVOC2 handset, Mobile App, and Softphone for PC/Laptop).

We ask that you take some time to decide how you like your calls to be routed. What this means is how would you like your phones to be answered by our system. for more information visit Customization Options for Your Phone Call Route

What’s Ready for You:

  • Phone Number: We've included an auto-generated phone number that you can immediately start using.

  • Number Porting: If you wish to port over any existing numbers to your new system, you can easily divert them to the new number we’ve provided. This ensures no downtime during the porting process, so your business stays connected without interruption.

Next Steps:

  • You’re all set to start using your new system right away, but we recommend booking an onboarding meeting with our support team. This will allow us to customize the system according to your specific business needs and ensure everything is set up exactly how you want.

When setting up your new VOIP business phone system, we offer two setup options to best suit your needs. Here’s a brief overview of each:

Same Day Setup - Those that have an existing number that wish to switch their phone system straight away.

Once you submit a port request via our portal our team will handle the rest.

Please note a complete port request will take 1-3 weeks to be completed.

New Number Setup - Clean slate approach or starting a new business? this is the option for you. Our system will give you generated number automatically to get you started straight away or If you wish to obtain a different number from our list, you are more than welcome to do so.

Please advise our support team via email to have the generated number removed.

Same Day Setup

If your business urgently needs to switch providers or requires to have a phones system setup straightaway, we have you covered for any scenario.

New Customers with existing numbers

Please follow these steps.

  1. Sign into your portal and submit a port request, please click HERE
    **Please note the complete ETA of a port cut over is anywhere between 1-3 weeks.

  2. Divert your existing number to our temporary number provided.

  3. If you have ordered handsets, you can still get your system setup with our Mobile and PC App via our portal.

  1. Once you have submitted the port request we can change all extensions caller IDs to your existing number. (Your port request has to be verified by our team prior to making your number available. Contact our team on 1300 881 662 to have this processed)

New Number

Please follow these steps.

  1. Sign into your portal and select from a list of numbers. please click How to add numbers

  2. Setup Extensions - If you have ordered handsets, you can still get your system setup with our Mobile and PC App via our portal.

  1. Change all extensions caller IDs to the number you have obtained. Click here Change Caller ID


Book a meeting

if you require further help to complete the configuration, we have our support team on hand to assist you in setting up your phone system.

One of our Specialist will go through the Uniden Voice Portal with you and custom setup your phone system to cater for your business needs.

If you would like to take advantage of this please advise our team when would be the best date and time that we can call you for the final onboard configuration.

Booking times start from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Meeting will take 30 to 45 minutes.

To book your time please fill out our onboard form at http://www.unidenvoice.com/onboarding. Once booked in you will receive a booking confirmation.
