Controlling Business Hours From Your Phone
You have the ability to perform temporary overrides on your business hours/after hours setup directly from any of your devices. It’s important to note that this applies to all number on your account at once.
To Do this Dial *280 from any device on your account
The system will then playback a message to indicate what has happened. Here are the messages and what they mean.
After Hours Mode Enabled
This means that you toggled your system into after hours mode. It will come back into business hours on the next active day.
Example:
Current Time: Tuesday 4pm
Business Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
Result: After Hours mode from 4pm Tuesday to 9am Wednesday
Business Hours Mode Enabled
This means you have toggled your system into business hours mode, it will go back to after hours mode and then end of the next business hours time
Example 1:
Current Time: Tuesday 7am
Business Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
Result: Business Hours mode from 7am Tuesday to 5pm Tuesday
Example 2:
Current Time: Saturday 12pm
Business Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
Result: Business Hours mode from 12pm Saturday to 9am Sunday ( you would need to toggle off to close off when you leave on Saturday )
After Hours Override Removed
This means we have cancelled a previously applied override as specified above.
No Number Found
This means that you don’t have any numbers on your account with a time condition set, so there is nothing for the system to do.
