Our announcement page lets you make your own voice messages with text to speech tool. You can also upload or order a professional recording from our services on this page.


Creating Announcement

click on + Add Announcement

Select from Setup Method any of the desired options

Text-to-Speech

Select from “Setup Method” dropdown. apply any language or voice type you wish to use followed by the messaged you wont to apply as the announcement. You can review on the fly by using “Play sample”.

Please note that the following Speech Synthesis Markup Language (SSML) tags are enabled.

  • Take a break between words. <break time="Time in seconds"/>
    Example: Mary had a little lamb <break time="1.2s"/>Whose fleece was white as snow.

  • Read sentence and acknowledge paragraphs
    Example: <p>This is the first paragraph. There should be a pause after this text is spoken.</p> <p>This is the second paragraph.</p>

  • Read back a number as a phone number
    Example: Our phone number is <say-as interpret-as="telephone">1300 663 222</say-as>

Afterhours Announcement
Thank you for calling BUSINESSNAME, We are currently closed. Please call back during our business hours between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday or alternatively please leave your name and number and we will endeavor to return your call. Thank You.

Create Audio Recording

This option will allow you to create your own recording. Please note that the background noise does get picked up so ensure you are in a quite room when recording your announcements.

Clicking “Start Recording” will give you a count down to when the audio will commence to record.

Upload Audio File

The accepted file formats are MP3, OGG, WAV, PCM. The maximum allowed file size is 2MB.

click on “Choose File” to navigate to your saved audio file on your PC/Laptop. once selected click on “Save”

 

Order Professional Audio Recording

Select Voice Artist and style,

once selected you will be able to listen to a sample of the different options.

Type your script

  • You will be charged the order price specified in the field above.

  • The professional audio recording will take between 1 and 3 working days to be completed.
