Call Groups

Call groups are where you can add a group of Extensions/Users into a single ring group.

1. Press “Add Call Group” button

2. Name your call group.

3. Tick the box if you wish to create an internal extension number for your call group, this can also be added to your BLF Phone Keys.

4. Add the extensions you wish to be part of the call group

5. Click “Save”

Example would be

• Sales Group - Jim, Sara, and Bobby are all in sales so we can add all their phones into a sales group so all their phones will ring when calling the Sales group Extension number.

• Support Group - Sally, Frank, and Matthew are all in support so we can add all their phones into a support group so all their phones will ring when calling the Support group Extension number.
