How to Transfer Call via Mobile App

Open VOCPhone App via your mobile device.

1 - When making or receiving a call via the app, the following screen will appear with more options.

2 - Select one of the transfer options,

The two options for Transferring a call are circled below.

  • Transfer - straight transfer to other extension or external number

  • Att. Transfer - is also known as warm transfer, to advise the other extension or external number who is calling before you complete the transfer.

3 - Dail the number you wish to transfer the call to “Number 2”

Once the call has connected, Complete transfer by pressing the Transfer button
